    How to: Add Ad-hoc QC Documents

    The QC Module has the flexibility to allow users to create QC Document(s) on an Item/Lot that may not have been required or setup for QC testing.

    1. In the search box, enter QC Lot Information List and click on the related link.

    2. In the list look for the field QC Documents Exist and look for any Lots that are unchecked. Select the line and click Process tab and then New QC Document.

    3. A new dialogue box will appear, and for New Document Function select New Ad-Hoc Document. Select QC Group(s) the new QC Document should include for testing. Once complete click OK.

    4. A confirmation message will appear for created QC Document. The new QC Document will now appear in the list for testing.
