How To: Post QC Result Entries

To sell or consume Items that require QC Testing, QC Results must first be posted. Once posted, QC Results for tested lots/serial numbers will be visible throughout the application.

1. In the search box, enter QC Documents and click on the related link.

   

2. Select a QC Document where QC results need to be posted. Select the Manage tab and click Edit.

   

3. In Process Tab of the QC Document select QC Result Entry.

   

4. In Process Tab of the QC Document select QC Result Entry. The QC Document Journal will open with a line for each test the Lot will undergo.

   

5. The user should enter the test result(s) in the Value (Text) field.

   

6. Once the results are entered, the user can post the entries, by going to the Process tab and selecting Post.

   

7. Posted Test Results can be reviewed on the QC Document from the Entries Tab of the QC Document by selecting QC Test Results…
