How to: Use QC General Journal

The QC General Journal allows the user to enter results for multiple QC Documents.

1. In the search box, enter QC General Journal or QC Journal - Generic and click on the related link.

   

2. Select Process and then Suggest QC Documents.

   

3. A dialogue box will appear where filters can be set for specific QC Documents to be suggested. If no filters are set, then all Open QC Documents will be pulled into the Journal. Click OK once complete.

   

4. Enter results across multiple QC Documents as would be done in a single QC Document.

   

5. Once results have been entered, click on Process, and then Post.

   

6. A confirmation dialogue box will appear on success of posting the results. Click OK.
