QC Lot List
In standard BC, the Lot No. Information List is not accessible. The way to access the Lot Card is by going through an Item Lot. In the QC Module, this page is now accessible via searching.
To see more information by Lot with QC Information, click the magnifying glass and enter QC Lot Information List. Select the related option.
The QC Lot Information List is a snapshot of all Lots with Quality Control activity. From the list page view, the user can see the Item, Lot/Serial number, various Statuses, and Quantities throughout the Quality Control process. There are also Factboxes which list the Lot’s QC Documents, QC Test Entries, and Archived QC Documents.
Each QC Lot No. Information Card has the following information:
General FastTab

| Variant Code | Specifies the Variant Code for the Lot. |
| Lot No. | Specifies the Lot No. |
| Description | Specifies the Description for the Item. |
| Description 2 | Specifies the Description 2 for the Item, if populated. |
| QC Lot Status | Displays the testing Status for the Lot. |
| Test Quality | Specifies the Quality of a given Lot if you have inspected the items. |
| Certificate Number | Specifies the number provided by the supplier to indicate that the Batch or Lot meets the specified requirements. |
| Blocked | Specifies that the related record is blocked from being posted in transactions. |

| Expired Inventory | Specifies the Quantity on Hand for the Lot with an Expiration Date before the Posting Date. |
QC FastTab

| Lot Creation Date | Specifies day the Lot was brought into the system. |
| Lot Expiration Date | Specifies the Expiration Date of the Lot. |
| Open QC Documents | Specifies if the Lot has any unprocessed QC Documents. |
| Failed QC Documents | Specifies if the Lot has any QC Documents in a Fail status. |
| QC Pass | If toggled on, the Lot has no outstanding QC Documents that have failed. |
| QC Fail | Specifies the Lot has failed QC Testing. |
| QC Fail Action | Field that is manually set by the end user. Options are: |
| • Blank | |
| • Research – informational only | |
| • Destroy – informational only | |
| • Reprocess – allows the Lot to be consumed during production or assembly but not sold to a customer. | |
| QC Status | Displays the testing Status of the Lot. |
| QC Sample Quantity | Displays the number of samples taken during testing. |

QC Documents FastTab
The QC Documents FastTab lists all the related QC Documents associated with the Lot. If results were inherited, the QC Documents associated with the inherited results will also be listed on the FastTab.
